Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Questions

  • Does Paying the Fine Mean I Plead Guilty?

    Answer

Many people can be tempted to pay a ticket in order to move on from the situation; however, this can have far reaching consequences. Typically, paying a fine can be seen as an admission of guilt and accepting the legal ramifications associated with your offense. That is why it is critical to take legal action and understand your options before paying a traffic citation.

  • I’ve Been Arrested. What Can I Do?

    Answer

If an officer decides to pace you under arrest following an alleged traffic crime, it is vital to understand your rights and take immediate legal action. While law enforcement may place you under intense pressure during questioning, you do not have to talk about your case without an attorney from our firm in your corner. Remember, you can exercise your Fifth Amendment right to remain silent.

  • Will I Be Charged with a Misdemeanor?
